Report content

If you see content in Keyboardy that is offensive, breaks our terms or infringes your rights, tell us. There is no place in Keyboardy for violent or sexual content, for content that incites hatred, or for content that violates anyone’s privacy.

We review every report and act within 24 hours of receiving it. If the report is valid, we remove the content or disable access to it and take appropriate action against whoever uploaded it.

From inside the app

The fastest way: open the clip in Keyboardy, tap the report button at the top, and choose a reason. The report reaches us with the content ID attached.

Copyright infringement

If the content is yours and was published without your permission, file a copyright notice. The form asks for every element the law requires.

Offensive or inappropriate content

Violence, sexual content, hate, harassment, privacy violations, or anything else that breaks the terms of service.

Send the report by email

In your message, say where the content appears (the search term and section), describe it, and give the reason. Attach a screenshot if you can.

What happens after you report

  1. You get a confirmation with a report reference.
  2. Our team reviews the report within 24 hours.
  3. If the report is valid, we remove the content or disable access to it, and anyone who repeatedly uploads violating content loses the ability to contribute.
  4. We email you the outcome.
