By using Keyboardy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.
The service
Keyboardy is a mobile keyboard providing Arabic and English typing and media content. We develop the app continuously, and features may change or be discontinued.
Your account
You are responsible for your device and for your passcode if you set one. You may not use the service in a way that breaks the law, harms other people, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Content
The videos, stickers and GIFs in the app come from third-party and community sources, and their rights belong to their owners. We make them available for personal use inside your conversations.
Prohibited content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. You may not upload or share content that is violent, sexual or 18+, that incites hatred or discrimination, that harasses or abuses anyone, that shows people without their permission or violates their privacy, or that infringes someone else’s copyright.
Reporting and response
Anyone can report content with the report button inside the app or on the content report page; copyright notices follow the copyright policy. We review every report and act within 24 hours of receiving it: we remove violating content or disable access to it, and tell the person who reported it what we did.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically under the terms of the store you bought from, and you can turn off renewal in your store account settings. Refunds are governed by App Store or Google Play policy, not ours.
Rewards and points
The points programme is optional, has value only inside the app, and is not convertible to cash. We may change or end the programme, or reverse points collected in ways that break these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Consequences of a violation
Breaking these terms has consequences. Violating content is removed, and depending on how serious the violation is and how often it happens, we may stop its uploader from contributing, suspend their account or terminate it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated in appropriate circumstances under the copyright policy.
